Since we don’t have our own equipment to push, our only goal is to find the exact right kit for your specific venue and design. Shipping tons of AV equipment and flying in entire labor crews across borders is an outdated way of working. It is expensive, bad for the planet, and a logistical nightmare.

Whether we are producing a show in Amsterdam, London, or managing back-to-back productions in Barcelona, we run local dry-hire tenders. For the load-in and load-out, we hire trusted local crews on-site. This keeps logistics lean, lowers the carbon footprint, and eliminates unnecessary travel and transport costs.
3. Fixed quality with one dedicated core team
While the hardware and setup crew are sourced locally, the quality of your show is never left to chance. You don’t have to deal with different local directors who don’t know your brand.
You work with our fixed core team of producers, technical directors, designers, and operators. We handle the technical designs, coordinate the local suppliers, and run the show from the front of house. One core team that knows your standards inside out, wherever you go.
4. An open-book, transparent budget
We don’t believe in hidden markups or vague, bundled invoices. Our independent way of working means we provide 100% transparency on every single quote.
We request multiple dry-hire options from top-tier suppliers like PRG or CT, compare the options, and hand over the raw data to you.
Of course, we charge a clear handling fee for managing the entire process and taking on the technical responsibility. But here is the best part: because of the competitive tenders we run and the industry discounts we pass on to you, our handling fee is usually completely offset by the savings we secure.
In short: our AV tender management often pays for itself.
