Setting the Stage: Technical Production for NATO Edge 2022
NATO Edge 2022 was the NCI Agency’s newly reimagined flagship event — a fusion of NIAS and NITEC — created to spotlight the power of innovation and partnership across the NATO ecosystem. Under the theme “Technology in Focus,”the conference brought together industry leaders, start-ups, and NATO representatives for a dynamic mix of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and hands-on networking.
Our AV Contribution
The Bridge AV Group was entrusted with delivering the entire technical production for the event — a role that encompassed everything from stage and lighting design to audio engineering, signal distribution, and project oversight. The production required meticulous planning and flawless execution to meet the event’s ambitious creative goals, strict timelines, and security requirements.
With an international audience and high-profile content, the stakes were high. Our team, a 50 member crew, rose to the challenge, providing end-to-end technical solutions that enabled smooth, high-quality show delivery across multiple days, stages and 8 breakout theaters. We took full ownership of all production elements, including stage concepts, light and sound design, narrowcasting systems, and coordinated project management across teams and vendors — all while operating under tight security protocols. All in all we used 16 trailers of equipments.
Close collaboration with The Rental Group ensured seamless integration between design and deployment, and our attention to detail throughout planning, setup, and execution contributed to a flawless experience for both live and remote audiences.
