The Bridge AV Group: Proud Technical Producer of ITC DIA Europe 2023
TC DIA Europe 2023 marked the largest global insurtech event in Europe, drawing top voices from across the insurance and tech sectors. Held in June 2023, this edition brought together innovators, analysts, and thought leaders to explore the future of digital insurance, AI integration, and the growing impact of insurtech on the global market.
As a Platinum sponsor, NTT DATA took center stage — hosting private roundtables, presenting their “Insurtech Global Outlook” report, and leading key discussions, including a panel on Artificial Intelligence with 30 leading insurers.
The event was not just a gathering of industry minds — it was a high-end, content-rich experience, with multiple stages, breakout zones, and networking environments that required a precise and robust technical backbone.
At the heart of the event were two key stages: one dedicated to live entertainment and panels, and another to global streaming, delivering high-quality content to fans worldwide. From mainstage moments to behind-the-scenes interactions, MagicCon blended fandom, gameplay, and storytelling into a truly multimedia event experience.
Our AV Contribution
The Bridge AV Group was proud to partner with the ITC DIA team as the event’s lead technical producer. We were tasked with delivering a full-scale audiovisual infrastructure that could support dynamic content, real-time discussions, and a premium brand experience across every area of the venue.
Our team coordinated the delivery and integration of nine truckloads of AV equipment, including over 120 digital displays, large-scale LED walls, and an advanced distributed sound system. Rigging played a major role in this production: we installed 1.5 kilometers of trussing and set up 180 rigging points to support screens, lighting, and speakers throughout the space.
Lighting design was equally ambitious, with more than 500 LED fixtures creating atmosphere, focus, and energy across stages and common areas — all tailored to suit both corporate content and immersive networking environments.
All systems were pre-configured and installed under tight timelines, ensuring the event kicked off with confidence and ran without interruption.
On the streaming side, we ran a full multi-camera broadcast setup, including 6 operated cameras and multiple PTZ units, delivering high-definition content to fans around the world in real time. To accelerate setup and maintain precision, we delivered the system fully pre-rigged, reducing build time and minimizing on-site friction.
