The Bridge was founded as an independent technical production company by Nout, who brings years of experience as a freelance technician, producer, and project manager. Over the years, he saw it all: from flawlessly executed events to productions that fell short – often due to a lack of direction, oversight, and technical cohesion.

Nout Van Bruggen
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the audiovisual and technical production industry, Nout is both the director and the technical expert of The Bridge. He started out as a technician and never lost his passion for the craft — chances are the stage design at your event was built by him. As the driving force behind the company, Nout combines strategic leadership with deep technical knowledge. Questions about cables, rigging or the bigger picture? Nout has the answers — and the vision.

Bart builds bridges — literally and figuratively. With a background in both start-ups and corporate environments, he brings people together and creates long-term partnerships. Working remotely from his sailing yacht since 2024, he connects clients and opportunities from all over the world. Bart is driven, personable, and always searching for common ground.
